Nestled near the town center shopping and master planned community of The Brooks, this remaining parcel was envisioned by Oakbrook Properties to be ideal for lakefront coach and carriage homes with fishing piers and access to their own club facility. After Oakbrook Properties obtained the development entitlements for the project, the site was sold in 2013 to Taylor Morrison, who plans to build 90 single-family homes for delivery in 2015.
